Abbreviations


Here are some of the most common abbreviations we use in our GOs to help you better understand what you're getting into:

GO - Group Order
DOO - Deadline of Order
DOP - Deadline of Payment
ETA - Estimated Time of Arrival in PH
MOP - Mode of Payment
POP - Proof of Payment
TBA - To Be Announced
TBD - To Be Determined
SF - Shipping Fee
EMS - Express Mail Service (For International Shipping)

How to Order


1. Fill out the order form posted.
2. All necessary information about the GO will be in the order form (Price, DOO, DOP, MOP, ETA, etc.).
3. Make sure to read all terms & conditions before submitting order form.
4. Wait for confirmation email with your invoice & payment instructions.
5. Send proof of payment (screen capture or picture) as a reply to the confirmation email or fill out Payment Form if available.
6. Wait for payment confirmation email.
7. Stay tuned for GO updates on our Twitter page.

Terms & Conditions


1. Please be 100% sure before submitting order form.
2. Cancellation will affect your priority status in our future GOs.
3. An inconvenience fee of Php 50 per day will be charged for late payments.
4. Make sure to read all information about the GO in the order form.
5. Most of our GOs are usually hand-carried & have no EMS fees. But some GOs will incur minimal domestic shipping fees if sent to a KR or JP address. This will be equally divided among orders.
6. For GOs with EMS fees, it will be equally divided among orders & receipt will be disclosed to buyers.
7. Priority on limited items will be based on time of payment.
8. In case of failure to secure your items due to circumstances out of our control (i.e. out of stock), we will give full refund.
9. GOMamshies will not be liable for any delay, loss or damage due to international or local couriers.
10. NO CANCELLATIONS, NO REFUND.

What are the modes of payment available?
You can pay via BDO, BPI & GCash.

What local couriers do you use?
It depends but we usually use Fastrack, Sonic Express, J&T Express or ABest. If these couriers are not available in your location, we can ship via LBC but it might take a while since this will require us to personally drop off the items at their branch.

Is sh0pee check out available?
We highly discourage doing this since you will only be compensated for the amount you paid for in case the parcel gets lost. It's still better to have them parcels insured & shipped properly. It may be more expensive but this will give you peace of mind. But if you're willing to risk it, do let us know & we'll create a product link for you. However, we will not be held liable for any damage or loss caused by third-party couriers.

I have your QR code saved already, can I pay before submitting an order form to secure my slot?
No. To be fair to everyone, limited items will be first come, first serve based on time of form submission AND payment.

I am 100% sure but can't pay on time, can I send my payment late?
If you're a suki & in good standing, just let us know & we'll take it into account. However, please be reminded that we charge an inconvenience fee of Php 50 per day. If you're a first time buyer or not in good standing, we'll have to cancel your order. This will also affect your priority status in our future GOs.

Do you have on-hand merch?
Sometimes we do but oftentimes we don't. Everything is by pre-order unless posted.

I missed the order period for the GO. Will you reopen again?
No. We usually place orders on the same day or over the weekend. The deadline is there for a reason & it will be unfair for those who ordered within the GO period. We rarely do multiple orders for easier tracking.

I can't find a PH GO for this merch I want. Can you open one? /
I sell fanmade DAY6 merch. Can you open a PH GO for it?
For now, we are technically still on REST until the pandemic situation gets better. Generally, we offer PH My Days access to albums or merch whenever we go see DAY6 live. Our fandom has grown so much, I'm sure there will be other shops who will open one.
